AB Lomma Brick Factory was founded in 1887 and originally focused on brick production in Lomma. When brick production ceased in the mid-70s, the company shifted its focus to ownership, development, and management of properties. Today, the company manages a mixed portfolio of approximately 270,000 sqm, including 660 residential and commercial properties in various locations in western Skåne.
The company and its operations have been owned and operated by the same family for three generations. Lomma Brick Factory thinks long-term and invests in high quality.

Lomma Brick Factory is now looking for a Technically Interested Team Leader.

The work will include:

• leading technical staff. 7 people
• handling tenant reports during the day
• monitoring and analyzing energy consumption, reports, and operations
• media settlements
• usage of technical systems and following technological developments to drive the implementation of new technology
• driving and coordinating technical projects within maintenance and energy, for example.

• some energy monitoring and fulfilling the company's energy goals

Furthermore, we would like you to have:

• several years of work experience as a technical manager, service leader, or equivalent
• experience in leading teams
• systematic fire protection work, SBA
• knowledge in ventilation and fire alarms
• knowledge in control and regulation technology as well as ventilation
• experience in energy optimization
• good computer skills
• good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• driving license B

You will be based at our office in Malmö, but the portfolio is spread across Malmö, Helsingborg, Landskrona, and Trelleborg, consisting of both residential, commercial properties, and industrial premises.
