The Opportunity

We are now looking for a preparer who will be part of the business unit Hitachi Energy Cooling Systems in Landskrona. We have a global responsibility for the development and manufacturing of cooling systems for high voltage applications that require water cooling systems with high reliability and availability. Our cooling systems contribute to safe and reliable operations with a focus on the customer and the environment. The products are both project-based and mass-produced. The largest are approximately 5*3*3 m/15 tons and the smallest are about 20 kg.

The business unit in Landskrona currently consists of dedicated employees with the goal of further growth in the coming years. At the site, we have the advantage of having gathered Marketing, R&D, Design, Aftermarket, and Purchasing in addition to production. This leads to short decision-making paths and a good understanding of each other's areas. At the same time, we have support from resources from both Hitachi Group and Hitachi Energy.

How You Will Make an Impact

• In the role of preparer, you will be involved in driving continuous improvement projects within preparation and planning.
• You will collaborate closely with production, design, and other internal functions to drive improvements and find cost-effective solutions.
• You will be involved in the preparation of new products and revisions.
• You will support the organization in a LEAN mindset.

Your Background

• We are looking for someone with an engineering degree or equivalent work experience.
• You are technically knowledgeable and have experience in production, production control, quality systems, and LEAN.
• Very good knowledge of reading drawings is an advantage with CAD.
• You have previous experience with business systems, experience with SAP is an advantage.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English and can easily express yourself in both spoken and written form.
