We are now looking for a support assistant to join our team in daily activities in the southwest!

Job Responsibilities

The team you will be part of at Företagsfixarna consists of three support assistants and one support pedagogue, and there are 17 users who have their activities at the facility.

The facility is located at Järnbrotts prästväg 2, and our participants perform lighter service and recycling tasks throughout the city of Gothenburg, primarily in the southwest urban area.

Your tasks will be tailored to the users and their needs, and you should have the ability to guide and support them in their activities both individually and/or in groups. Another part of the assignment involves being responsible for ensuring that implementation plans/work plans are established and documented in Treserva. Cooperation is important to us, and you will work together with your colleagues and other staff to drive the business forward based on the given conditions.

Qualifications

For the position of support assistant, a post-secondary specialization in the disability area is required, which includes at least 200 YH points, 120 university credits, or 60 university credits with two years of work experience with people with disabilities. The education should have relevant credits in behavioral science, pedagogy, psychology, social work, and (psychiatric) care or other education that the employer deems equivalent. You need to have work experience with the target group at an early developmental level and autism, as well as experience with AAC (Alternative and Augmentative Communication).

The position requires that you have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form and that you have knowledge of social documentation. A driver's license is also a requirement for the position.
