Now there is an opportunity to apply for the position of Leisure Consultant within the future-oriented and committed culture and leisure activities in Härryda Municipality. We are a cultural school, library, open youth activities, association services, and cultural activities that operate and collaborate throughout the municipality. We are part of the Education, Culture, and Leisure sector, and as a Leisure Consultant with us, you will be organizationally placed under association services but will also have certain tasks within the library operations.

Your Mission

In the position of Leisure Consultant, you will play a key role in the dialogue with the municipality's association life. You will be part of a team working to ensure that the municipality's residents have as rich a leisure time as possible.

Within association services, you will work with:

• System administrator for the municipality's booking and grant system Rbok
• Management of the municipality's association register
• Dialogue in various forms with the local association life
• Seasonal bookings and ongoing bookings of the municipality's sports facilities, as well as other venues
• Tag and key management
• Processing of financial support to the associations

Within library operations, you will work with:

• Personnel administration
• Recruitment of substitutes
• Management of cash reporting

The mission involves a high level of service, where development and improvement of administrative routines are constantly sought. Evening work may occur occasionally, mainly based on meetings with the associations.

Requirements for the Position

You who are applying have a high school education. You should have knowledge and understanding of the conditions under which the association life operates, and you master the Office package and the Swedish language in speech and writing. Furthermore, you need a B driver's license.

It is advantageous to have previously worked:

• In the culture and leisure sector
• With grant and booking issues in municipal operations
• With association administrative issues
• Administratively within the public sector
• With the above-described tasks

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

To obtain employment, an extract from the Police's criminal record must be presented.
