About us

At the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (BUP) outpatient clinic in Gamlestaden, we have psychologists, social workers, nurses, doctors, administrators, section leaders, and a unit manager. In total, we are 35 people who are deeply committed to those we meet in our work. The clinic operates from a multidisciplinary perspective and is characterized by high competence and collaboration. We care about supporting each other and having fun to create a good working environment together.

Your new workplace?

As a social worker with us, you will participate in the important work of meeting children and adolescents with severe mental health issues and their families. The tasks include initial assessments, treatment interventions for families, parents, children, and adolescents, as well as collaboration with other actors around the patient, such as schools, social services, etc.

There are good opportunities for further education, and we have regular supervision in multidisciplinary teams and specific method supervision. In the workgroup, there are colleagues with both longer and shorter experience.

About you

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work. We would like you to have basic training in psychotherapy or be a licensed healthcare social worker and have experience working therapeutically with children, adolescents, and families.

It is advantageous if you have worked with collaboration, network work, and have knowledge of SIP.
