The Everyday Support and Employment unit consists of six teams that work closely together, providing housing support within social psychiatry, family therapy, integration, daily activities within LSS, and the labor market unit.

You will work with change and treatment interventions for children, adolescents, and their families. The work is based on assignments from social workers or through open intake, focusing on strengthening protective factors and reducing risk factors for children and adolescents. We use a systems-theoretical approach and evidence-based methods, with the goal of strengthening the family's own resources and engaging their network.

You will work outwardly, and a large part of the work around the individual and family takes place outside the office and in collaboration with other professionals. As a therapist, you will work independently while also being part of a team around the individual or family.

The work is very varied and stimulating but requires the ability to plan and prioritize to handle work peaks. The starting point is that nothing is impossible until you have tried.

This position may also involve providing housing support interventions where the operation deems it necessary based on the assignment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Suitable education includes social work, social pedagogy, behavioral science, or other education deemed equivalent.

Previous experience working within social services, knowledge of the Social Services Act, and good documentation skills are advantageous.

Experience working on the provider side with children, adolescents, and parents is highly desirable.

Additional training such as step 1, FFT, relapse prevention, Happ, CPU, training in support activities for children/youth and parents, Whole Child, PYC, and the staircase conversation are advantageous.

It is a requirement that you have previously worked with children, adolescents, and their parents within provider operations. It is advantageous if you have prior experience working with children and adolescents in schools, institutions, or residential settings.

A driver's license is a requirement.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities. As a person, you find it easy to collaborate both internally and externally and are used to working in a structured and goal-oriented manner. You easily see and drive treatment processes both independently and together with colleagues. You are a flexible person who finds it stimulating to be in change.
