The unit Everyday Support and Employment consists of six teams that work closely together, providing residential support within social psychiatry, family treatment, integration, daily activities under LSS, and the labor market unit.

In the role of residential support worker, the primary task is to provide support to individuals with mental health issues in their daily lives. The support is always based on the individual's needs and wishes. Our residential support workers work empathetically and motivationally to assist individuals in living as independently as possible. The support is provided both inside and outside the individual's home.

The job includes documenting the intervention and establishing written implementation plans, which is why you need to have good writing skills. The work requires good collaboration skills and flexibility, as well as the ability to work and take responsibility both independently and in a group.

This position may also, to some extent, carry out residential support interventions within the LSS framework where the operation deems it necessary based on the assignment.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have at least a high school education in care and support or another equivalent education, such as a nursing assistant.

Experience working with the target group is an advantage, and we would like you to have knowledge of MI, low-arousal approaches, and ESL.

A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement.

You should be calm and stable in stressful situations. You should be responsible and able to structure your work independently. You should have social competence, be able to collaborate with others, and take responsibility for your work environment. You should have pedagogical insight into people's different conditions and be able to adapt your communication style accordingly.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. As a person, you find it easy to collaborate both internally and externally and are used to working in a structured and goal-oriented manner. You are a flexible person who finds it stimulating to be in a changing environment. Experience working with the target group is advantageous.
