Who are we?

We work with children and youth aged 0-21, investigating and following up on interventions.

We work solution-focused from a systems-theoretical perspective. The child and family group currently consists of seven social workers, three foster care social workers, and one senior social worker.

Job Responsibilities

Your main job responsibility is child and youth investigations with follow-up responsibility regarding interventions.

Who are we looking for

We are looking for a new employee with genuine interests in social work with children, youth, and their caregivers.

We are looking for someone who is a trained social worker. You should have a strong commitment to children in distress and a desire to contribute with innovative thinking and method development. We would prefer if you have experience in public authority work. We expect you to be an empathetic, secure person with good personal maturity, good collaboration skills, and that you contribute to a good working climate. You have a good ability for reflection and analysis and can express yourself well in both speech and writing. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Conditions
