Our unit consists of the preschools Kalvegrinna and Ekebacken.

The preschools are located in Kärna, just over ten kilometers from Kungälv. The preschools have large yards and are close to forests and nature. With us, there are competent educators who look forward to welcoming a new colleague. We have a particular focus on book discussions about mathematics, sustainable development, and outdoor education.

Responsibilities

As a preschool assistant with us, you are an important part of the educational work and actively contribute to creating a safe, developing, and enjoyable education for all children. You work closely with your colleagues in the team based on the preschool's governing documents.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Creating secure relationships with the children and contributing to an inclusive learning environment.
• Supporting the children's play, learning, and social development.
• Participating in educational activities, both indoors and outdoors.
• Collaborating with colleagues and communicating professionally with guardians.
• Contributing to a positive work environment where engagement and development are encouraged.

Qualifications

We are looking for an engaged, positive, and responsible preschool assistant who wants to help develop our operations together with us.

• Are a qualified preschool assistant.
• Are collaborative, flexible, and solution-focused.
• Create security and easily build good relationships.
• Value quality in educational relationships.
• Take initiative, work structured, and take responsibility for your assignment.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
