The Welfare Administration consists of three departments: care and support, support, and IFO (individual and family care). The care and support department consists of units within elderly care, home care, and municipal primary care. The support department includes LSS. The IFO department consists of social services, labor market units, social psychiatry, and assistance units.

Job Description

As a personal assistant, you provide individually tailored support to people with various disabilities and health care needs. The work is varied and includes everything from personal care to practical tasks in the home. You work to preserve, strengthen, and develop the user's own abilities and create a safe and meaningful everyday life where the user's needs and wishes are at the center.

In close collaboration with the home care rehabilitation and healthcare team, we work with extensive delegation, which means that you will perform advanced healthcare tasks. The work also includes transfers and handling of various aids, which constitute a significant part of the assignment. Although the work primarily takes place in the user's home, it may also involve activities outside the residence, such as visits to hospitals, shopping, or walks.

We are looking for someone who

• is a trained nursing assistant.
• has a good ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written, in order to provide safe care with high quality and to meet our user's needs based on both documentation requirements and arising situations.
• has experience in similar work (meritorious).
