Would you like to be our new colleague? We are currently looking for a housing secretary for a temporary position starting on April 20, which will begin with approximately three weeks of training.

The employment lasts until September 30 and involves work throughout the entire period, with no possibility of taking vacation during weeks 28–31. As a housing secretary, you will belong to a smaller workplace. Our work and collaboration are characterized by trust and responsibility, which fosters development for us employees. If you become part of our dedicated and knowledgeable team, you will contribute to improving the quality of care and support planning for those we serve.

The housing coordination is part of the elderly and care administration, and the mission is to mediate assessed care and support housing, short-term placements, and respite care throughout the city of Gothenburg. The role also includes participating in joint municipal elderly housing planning. You will be part of a group that works closely together, and we are collectively responsible for the mediation of Gothenburg City’s care and support housing as well as short-term stay placements from a city-wide perspective.

About You

You have a higher education in the relevant field, such as a degree in social work or another academic degree that the employer considers equivalent. We also welcome applicants who will graduate this summer.
You have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing.
We prefer that you have experience with the operational system Treserva or similar documentation systems. Experience from social services and/or experience in case management is an advantage.

You take your and the shared tasks seriously and with full responsibility, focusing on the best interests of the operations and the clients. You use your time effectively, systematically, and methodically while completing what you start and following up on results.
