Personal assistants needed for a new child assignment in Central Gothenburg.

We are now looking for a completely new team for a newly started assistance assignment for a child. The assignment is with a baby who has tracheostomy and feeding tube, which means that the work requires precision, security, and great commitment.

The work is performed in the client's home and includes double assistance around the clock, including waking night shifts.

Job Responsibilities

As a personal assistant, you will work closely with the child and the family. You will be responsible for care, supervision, and support in daily life, with the child's safety and well-being in focus.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is an advantage
• Experience working with tracheostomy and/or feeding tube is an advantage
• You have an understanding of what it means to work with small children in a home environment
• You are empathetic, humble, and flexible
• You can work calmly and responsibly even in situations that require extra attention
