With us, you will receive coaching leadership and methodological support, external process guidance, and training opportunities that will help you grow in your professional role. For your own development, everyone has a reading day per semester where groups often organize their own book seminars for discussion and increased learning. In the unit, we support each other in various cases and develop the operations together based on various improvement efforts. We have a clear focus on promoting a good work environment. For several years, we have written all our investigations according to the Socialstyrelsen's IBIC model and have a data system adapted for it.

As a person, you are positive, engaged, and enjoy being involved in making an impact. You have experience and interest in meeting people from a professional perspective. You are comfortable in the authority role and have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing. The role requires you to work independently with the ability to plan, structure, and prioritize tasks. Furthermore, you are good at collaborating and maintaining good contacts with users, colleagues, and other partners in daily work.

Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities. Our job is not always easy, but it is always meaningful. If you find this exciting and challenging, you may be the right person for us!
