We are now looking for a buyer with financial experience for an innovative tech startup. Here you will have a broad and varied role in a company that is in an exciting growth phase. The position is suitable for you who have a couple of years of experience in purchasing and want to develop in a dynamic environment where decision-making paths are short and the pace is high. You will work closely with the CFO and be independent in your role, which allows for great autonomy and influence.

In this role, you will work cross-functionally with purchasing, finance, and logistics. The focus is on purchasing and ongoing accounting, but other tasks may also occur.

Examples of tasks:

• Manage purchases: find and contact suppliers, place and register orders

• Handle ongoing accounting, book invoices, and make entries

• Sourcing components and materials

• Manage administration related to orders, inventory, and logistics

• Participate in building routines

• Collaborate with the CFO and other team members in a growing company

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of work experience in purchasing

• Experience in ongoing accounting

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

• Driver's license B

• Experience with any business system (ERP)

Meritorious:

• Experience in order administration

• Previous work in Monitor ERP

• Experience working in a startup or a fast-paced environment
