About the role

As a technician with us, you will have a technically developing and varied everyday life. You will work with installation, service, and troubleshooting of alarm and security systems where reliable signal transmission, accuracy, and responsibility are crucial.

But the role is about more than just technology. You will become part of a close-knit team where we help each other, share knowledge, and take joint responsibility for our assignments. You will be involved every step of the way – from planning and customer dialogue to commissioning, testing, and follow-up – and you should always feel that you have support from colleagues and management.

Your main responsibilities:

• Installation, service, and troubleshooting of alarm and security systems
• Work with signal transmission, communication, and system integration
• Participation in small and medium-sized projects
• Technical advice and sounding board for customers and colleagues
• Ensure high quality, operational reliability, and timely delivery

You will be based at our office in Borlänge, but we are flexible regarding the location if it better suits your life situation.
