Network Consultant at Tele2 in Falun

Do you want to work at the forefront of technology alongside some of Sweden's leading network consultants? Tele2 is now looking for a network consultant for our office in Falun and surrounding areas. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work both locally with our customers in the region and centrally in our national customer deliveries.

About the Role

As a network consultant at Tele2, you will be part of Networking Professional Services, a team of consultants and operations staff spread across Sweden. We work closely with both private and public customers and are an important part of Tele2's business area Networking & Security within B2B.

The work is varied and developing – you will participate in projects and consulting assignments within Networking & Security, focusing on design, architecture, implementation, and further development of customers' network environments. You will work with technologies within Enterprise Networking and Security, such as Cisco Catalyst platforms, SD-WAN, wireless networks (Cisco Wireless, DNA Center), and security solutions like Firepower, ISE, Umbrella, and Secure Access – often in projects where customers are at the forefront of technology.

The position is based at Tele2's office in Falun, and we offer hybrid work with the possibility to work from home about two days a week.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in networking and security who enjoys working closely with customers. You have your own drive, are solution-oriented, and like to share your expertise.

For this role, we see that you have:

• Post-secondary education in network communication or equivalent work experience
• A knowledge level within Cisco equivalent to CCNA and CCNP
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B
• Swedish citizenship (security-classified work may occur)

Meritorious - You likely have experience in several areas such as:

• Design, architecture, implementation, and further development of network environments
• Cisco Catalyst platforms
• SD WAN (Cisco/Fortinet)
• Security solutions (Firepower, ISE, Umbrella, Secure Access)
• WiFi (Cisco Wireless, DNA Center)
• Data center networks (Nexus/ACI)
• Load balancing (F5/Netscaler)
• DNS/DHCP/DNSSEC (Infoblox)
• Consulting and project-based work
• Certification in Cisco (CCNA/CCNP/CCIE), F5, Infoblox
