About the Role

As an IT/OT specialist, you will have the opportunity to work independently on developing and managing IT infrastructure in a global environment. The role involves identifying and proposing technical solutions, implementing existing infrastructure technology, and supporting the business in complex technical issues. You will share your expertise and, when necessary, guide colleagues in both implementation and ongoing operations, focusing on creating stable, efficient, and business-adapted IT solutions.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate servers, networks, platforms, and other infrastructure services
• Work on installation, configuration, and implementation of new solutions
• Troubleshoot incidents and resolve complex technical problems
• Participate in projects and act as a technical expert
• Ensure compliance with security procedures, standards, and policies
• Document workflows and share knowledge within the team
• Support and guide colleagues in technical matters as needed

About You

We are looking for someone with 1–3 years of experience in IT infrastructure. You have a relevant bachelor's or master's degree in computer engineering, IT security, or equivalent. You possess good knowledge of both English and Swedish.

We would like you to have experience with SQL, Windows, SAP, and/or ServiceNow. As a person, we see that you have a curious and solution-oriented attitude. You have a drive and interest in both your own and the team's development. You are motivated by working with technically complex issues and enjoy collaborating with colleagues.
