You will play a key role in the further development and management of a design system for digital public services. The assignment is suitable for those who want to combine modern frontend development with high demands on accessibility, quality, and scalability.

You will work closely with both business and technology to create efficient workflows around development, needs gathering, and documentation. The environment is characterized by collaboration, structure, and a clear focus on sustainable digital services.

• Manage and further develop design systems and component libraries.
• Develop platform-independent components such as web components.
• Ensure that solutions comply with the DOS law and WCAG 2.1 AA.
• Document components in Storybook and distribute them via npm.
• Work with modern frontend frameworks and CMS solutions.
• Participate in and lead presentations, workshops, and requirements gathering.
• Contribute to knowledge transfer and a long-term sustainable working method.

• At least two years of documented experience in developing and managing design systems with component libraries of web components in a public authority according to the law on accessibility to digital public services that meet WCAG 2.1 AA.
• At least five years of experience as a front-end developer with Vue.js, Angular, and Typescript as well as SCSS, CSS, and HTML.
• At least two years of experience as a developer in .Net, C#, Javascript, vue.js with Optimizely/EPiServer CMS in projects with high demands on digital accessibility according to WCAG 2.1 AA.
• At least five years of experience working with interaction-oriented UX and UI design of web services.
• At least two years of documented experience in developing web components in Stencil and documenting the components in Storybook.
• Completed training in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE).
• At least two years of documented experience in configuration and development with mono-repo in Nx.
• Experience in giving presentations, leading workshops, and gathering requirements.
• At least five years of experience with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Own valid Visual Studio license and the ability to provide a license key if needed.

• Pension plan (4.5% up to 7.5 IBB and 30% on salary above that)
