Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a meticulous and solution-oriented consultant for one of our clients in Ludvika. You will support their Planning Team in an important change process related to article changes, material flows, and the phasing in and out of products. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, data, and being at the center of events.

You will keep status files updated weekly, analyze deviations, and develop impact assessments together with project managers. The role also involves ensuring correct master data and product structures, performing data checks related to material supply, and collaborating closely with planning, purchasing/production, demand planning, product development, and suppliers.

Your Profile

In this role, you thrive if you are meticulous, structured, and enjoy keeping both details and data organized. You have an analytical mindset, quickly spot deviations, and find solutions without prestige. Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you communicate clearly while keeping information updated. You are not afraid to ask questions when something is unclear and contribute to a safe and positive atmosphere in a team undergoing change.

Experience in supply chain or manufacturing industry is a plus. You should be comfortable working in various systems, especially Excel, and have a good understanding of material flows and planning processes related to article or material changes.
