About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager at our client, you will have overall responsibility for driving projects from start to finish. You will lead cross-functional teams and coordinate resources, timelines, and quality work to ensure project goals are met. The role requires you to work independently and drive projects and processes with limited need for support. You may face challenging and sometimes complex issues, and the role also involves coaching and reviewing colleagues' work. At the client, you will be part of an engaged and international team that values diversity, collaboration, and innovation.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Leading and organizing project teams and delegating responsibilities.
  • Developing project plans, timelines, and resource needs.
  • Monitoring and reporting on project status, including costs, timelines, and staffing.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal and external quality standards.
  • Identifying obstacles and driving solutions to achieve project goals.
  • Integrating and following up on suppliers' activities and deliveries.

The consulting assignment is 100% and offers the possibility of remote work for most of the period. However, initial physical presence is required, as well as for workshops and other activities taking place on-site in Ludvika. Occasional travel to Landskrona may also occur. The assignment period extends from 2026-02-02 to 2027-02-01, with the possibility of extension.

About You

We are looking for an experienced project manager with the ability to independently drive complex technical projects. You have a strong business understanding and experience working in cross-functional teams. Since the role is international, excellent English language skills are required, both spoken and written. Swedish is a plus but not a requirement. As a person, you are goal-oriented and have a leadership style that creates clarity, engagement, and the best conditions for your team to succeed and deliver at a high level.

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has:

  • Documented experience in independently leading complex projects, including ongoing reporting to senior management.
  • Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written.
  • Strong business acumen and experience in cross-functional collaboration.
  • The ability to undertake occasional travel to Landskrona and be physically present in Ludvika as needed.

Important to Consider When Applying

To best showcase your skills and experience, we ask you to submit an updated and clear CV, detailing the roles you have held, your responsibilities, and how many years of experience you have in each area. We also encourage you to attach a cover letter where you tell us more about yourself, your motivation, and why you are interested in this particular position. Both your CV and cover letter should be written in English.

We process applications on an ongoing basis. The position may be filled before the application deadline, so please submit your application as soon as possible.
