ABOUT THE POSITION

As an IT/OT Specialist, you will serve as an important bridge between IT and operational technology (OT) within the industrial environment of our client. The role is a central support function for production at our client's test center, where you will work closely with a team of 24 colleagues.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

As an IT/OT Service Delivery Specialist on-site in Ludvika, you will support IT/OT solutions and services in close collaboration with business leaders and IT stakeholders. The role includes responsibility for IT infrastructure, applications, and escalation of issues, as well as support for both office and production-related IT/OT assets.

• Support users of OT equipment (measuring instruments, machines)
• Manage interactions with suppliers regarding software and products
• Handle consequences of updates in the OT environment
• Ensure functionality in the OT environment (machines, measuring instruments, firewalls)
• Act as a contact point for the IT/OT environment and manage incidents
• Work on digitalization and streamlining of processes
• Participate in planning, development, and management of the IT/OT environment

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a basic understanding of IT, servers, and networks
• Has practical experience in installation and troubleshooting within applications and infrastructure
• Has basic knowledge of Swedish and advanced knowledge of English in both spoken and written form

It is an advantage if you have:

• Good experience in OT environments, preferably from production
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and change management
• Experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and Office products
