About the position

As an IT specialist in Nordlo's customer support, you will be a key player in our clients' technical everyday life and development. You will work with the management of our clients and, at the same time, use your expertise to suggest changes and improvements for Nordlo's clients.

Your main responsibilities:

Deliver customer satisfaction by being adaptive, responsive, and technically competent. Create value for our clients both technically and in a consulting role. Work towards set financial goals and take responsibility for assigned clients' technical environments as part of a larger customer team.

Your profile

We are looking for someone ready to take the next step in their career and contribute with their broad expertise to facilitate for our clients. You are customer-focused, solution-oriented, and passionate about providing top-class service. To fit into the role, you should:

  • Enjoy working in a team that, together with various competencies, moves Nordlo's clients forward.
  • Possess a high social competence that shines through communication mediums such as phone and email. The role emphasizes responding to, understanding, troubleshooting, and assisting our clients directly over the phone.
  • Love being a problem solver and become the hero of the day when you support IT users to a better everyday life – thereby building trust and good customer relationships.
  • Have the ability to engage in dialogue that focuses on the future and improvements as the main rhetorical technique.
  • Have experience as an IT consultant with good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, operating systems such as Windows and iOS, client support, networking and communication, and IT security.
  • Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Customer Support Team

The Customer Support Team stands for competence, solution management, and good dialogue with our clients. In the business model based on long-term relationships and contract-based partnerships, the response and support from customer support is a directly decisive factor for Nordlo's work towards satisfied customers and a problem-free everyday life. Customer support plays a central role in increasing trust and growth among our existing clients.

In Nordlo's customer support, there is high competence in handling user-facing IT, networking, license management, and operations. We at Nordlo believe in direct engagement with our expertise to build trust, manage incidents, and resolve issues with minimal impact on our clients.

As a member of customer support, you are a team player who does not see a difference between answering the phone or being part of the architecture around a new client. As a member of customer support, you are proud to represent Nordlo with your knowledge, commitment, and natural social skills.
