About the Role

As a technician at Onitio, you play a central role in ensuring stable, secure, and well-functioning technology for our customers together with your four colleagues. You work closely with both colleagues and customers and are an important part of delivering our services. The role is varied and combines practical technical work with troubleshooting, service, and customer dialogue.

You are responsible for installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technical solutions within your area. The work is done both independently and in teams, where you are expected to take responsibility for your assignments from start to finish. You encounter different types of environments and customers, which requires flexibility, structure, and a solution-oriented approach.

The role also includes documenting completed work, following up on issues, and contributing to improvements in work methods and routines. Safety, quality, and customer satisfaction are always in focus, and you work according to applicable processes and guidelines.

Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement.

Salary: 26,000 - 29,000 SEK per month, depending on background and previous experience.
