As our Maximo Administrator moves on to new challenges within the company, we are now looking for their successor. Do you have a talent for system issues, an understanding of maintenance in industry, and an ability to build good relationships? Then we want to know more about you!
Your Role
As a Maximo Administrator, you are a key person in ensuring that master data in the maintenance system Maximo is complete and up to date. You will also chair the superuser group in Garpenberg and provide advisory support in system development, thereby contributing to improved operational safety. You will support all Maximo users in Garpenberg, with a particular focus on collaboration with the maintenance sections as well as the purchasing and inventory departments.
The position is a permanent employment with a start date as soon as possible. Travel may occur, and the work is scheduled during office hours.
Your Team
This role is part of the operational safety group belonging to the maintenance section in the mine. The group consists of three planners, three preparers, two technicians, and one maintenance engineer, and is led by the operational safety manager. The operational safety group ensures that the maintenance process is followed and develops working methods as needed. As a Maximo Administrator, you support the entire site in Garpenberg with system-related issues, thereby helping to highlight and maintain the consistency in the systems within the maintenance process.
Your Tasks
- Ensure that the asset register is updated.
- Coordinate system information, updates, and testing.
- Provide administrative support in the system to employees from the entire organization.
- Participate in various projects, responsible for user training.
- In case of major system-related issues, you are responsible for contact with the system supplier.
- Chair the superuser group in Garpenberg.
Your Contribution
- High school education in a relevant field.
- Several years of experience with maintenance and inventory systems, preferably Maximo.
- You are structured and analytical with a good ability to convey knowledge clearly and pedagogically.
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English.
- Driver's license B.
Meritorious:
- Education in maintenance technology, computer science, systems engineering, or equivalent.
- Good understanding of the maintenance process.
