We are currently looking for you who want to be a part of our wonderful team and work as a personal assistant in Fagersta.

What does the position entail?

The client is a young and active boy who enjoys video games, fishing, shopping, and going to the movies. He needs assistance with personal care and household chores such as cleaning, laundry, and cooking. The tasks also include accompanying him to medical appointments, training, and other activities he wishes to participate in.

In this assistance role, it is important that you are flexible, self-sufficient, and responsive to the client's wishes. It is appreciated if you enjoy cooking, taking care of the home, have some computer skills, and also like animals.

With this client, you will work various shifts such as 21-09, 18-09 (on-call at night), 9-18, and 9-21.

We are looking for someone who wants to work around 40-50%, approximately 2-3 shifts per week.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is committed, respectful, and attentive. We prefer that you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally.

We would like you to:

• have a genuine interest in helping others.

• be able to understand and be understood in Swedish.

• have a driver's license and access to a car.

• be able to work flexible hours.

• have experience in care and support (this is a plus, but not a requirement).

Additional Information

Employment type: Fixed-term employment

Scope: approx. 40-50%, possibly extra as needed

Start date: By agreement

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a possible employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
