We are looking for an experienced team leader and personal assistant

We are now looking for an experienced and secure team leader who also works as a personal assistant in an assignment that places high demands on competence, structure, and understanding of neuropsychiatric disabilities.

The assignment concerns a young woman with ADHD, autism, and cerebral palsy, who lives with high stress, fear, and challenging behavior with verbal outbursts. She has faced many difficulties in life and needs individuals around her who are predictable, stable, and knowledgeable. For her, the right approach is crucial.

This is not an assignment for just anyone. It requires solid knowledge of NPF, emotion regulation, and clear structure. Routines and frameworks are a safety – not a hindrance.

Your responsibilities as a team leader

Your role includes, among other things:

• Participating in the recruitment of new assistants
• Being responsible for scheduling and staffing
• Providing support to colleagues in daily work
• Contributing to clear structure, quality, and safety in the assignment
• Ensuring a low-arousal and professional approach
• Collaborating with management and relatives
• You are the one who holds the whole when it gets tough and creates calm through clarity.

Working hours and employment rate

• The position encompasses 70-75 %
• Varied working hours
• Night shifts include waiting time
• A varied and flexible arrangement

We are looking for someone who

• Has documented experience with ADHD, autism, and NPF
• Has experience dealing with verbal outbursts and works in a low-arousal manner
• Is secure, stable, and highly self-reflective
• Has the ability to set boundaries with warmth and respect
• Is clear, communicative, and structured
• Thrives in environments with fixed routines and clear frameworks
• Has experience in personal assistance
• Has leadership experience or naturally takes responsibility in a group
• Has a driver's license and access to a car to and from work
• Tolerates both cats and dogs
