JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The job as a summer substitute in personal assistance means that you ensure that the user receives the support and help they are entitled to through granted decisions.

Our users need support, to a greater or lesser extent, to make everyday life work. The work involves performing support and care tasks based on implementation plans, performing health and medical care tasks after delegation, and care documentation.

It is important to provide the user with individual care, structure, and to encourage and support them in realizing their personal interests. The work is based on the Act on Support and Service (LSS).

The work is physical and contains many physical tasks. In some cases, smoking occurs in the user's own home. A male user in his 30s lives with his mother in the Surahammar locality.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is at least 18 years old. If you have a nursing assistant education or other education that we consider equivalent, as well as previous experience in care and support work, it is an advantage. We want you to have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both in speech and writing, as documentation is important in daily work.

You should be secure, stable, and flexible. We want you to communicate clearly and be attentive and accommodating in your approach. To succeed in the job, it is also important to have structure and to work well with others, as well as to listen, communicate, and resolve any conflicts constructively. A driver's license is a requirement in certain operations.
