I am looking for a smoke-free person aged 20-38 who could fit into my daily life.

You must be somewhat technically inclined, meaning you should not be unfamiliar with fixing computers, iPhones, and using various tools. I also want you to be able to write Swedish and English fluently.

Other important qualities:

• You should find it easy to socialize with people of different ages.
• You should be able to see what needs to be done without me telling you.
• You must not be dependent on your phone during work hours!
• Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form.
• Good English in both spoken and written form.
• A driver's license is a requirement! If you do not have one, you do not need to apply. I have my own car that the assistants drive.

A little about me and my injury:

• I am a man in my 50s who is paralyzed from the shoulders down due to a spinal cord injury from an accident. I use a power wheelchair controlled by suction and blowing.
• I am an outgoing man who enjoys being where things happen and socializing with people. When the weather does not allow for going outside, I enjoy watching a good movie or fixing things around the home.
• I live in an apartment in Västerås where most of the work takes place.
• It is very important that I can trust you and that you take the job seriously; the chemistry between us is much more important than qualifications!

Experience in caregiving is a big plus but not a requirement! The tasks include personal hygiene care, physiotherapy, household management, cooking, driving, and other daily chores that I need help with.

This is what the working hours look like with us.

24-hour shifts: You start at 14:00 and finish at 14:00 the next day. Approximately one 24-hour shift every other week. (4.5 hours are set as waiting time/on-call).

3-hour shifts: You start at 11:00 and finish at 14:00. (About 3-4 shifts per week)

The position is about 50%, suitable for someone who may be studying or has another job that can be combined with this one.
