Caverion is now looking for an interview specialist to conduct security clearance interviews with our own staff according to current security protection legislation. This is a role where accuracy, self-leadership, and a high ability to build trust are central to our client Saab.

About the role

As an interview specialist, you are responsible for conducting structured security clearance interviews aimed at assessing individuals' suitability, loyalty, and reliability in security-sensitive operations. You work according to established methods and ensure that all assessments are made in an objective, legally secure, and well-documented manner. You will undergo training in security clearance techniques and methods before you start working. You will belong to a team that conducts security clearances together with our security coordinator.

Your background

Many years of experience from the workforce.
Experience from a similar role, preferably within the judicial system or security, is an advantage.
Experience from HR, recruitment, or leadership is also advantageous.
High school education, post-secondary education is an advantage.
Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may involve requirements for certain citizenship.
