Akkodis is looking for multiple consultants for the same client!

Are you an engineer with a programming background and an interest in advanced software, mechatronics, and control engineering? Do you want to work in development-intensive environments where technology, innovation, and problem-solving are at the center? Then this could be the right opportunity for you! Akkodis is now looking for several consultants for exciting assignments in software development and motion control.

About the roles:

As a consultant with us, you will work on the development and optimization of software solutions in world-leading R&D teams. The assignments vary depending on your profile and experience, and we welcome both junior and senior engineers.

We are looking for expertise in two main areas:

  • Motion Control / Embedded Software
  • Full-stack development in C#/.NET environment

Responsibilities:

Depending on the role and assignment, the tasks may include:

  • Development and optimization of software within motion control and mechatronic systems
  • Programming in C/C++, MATLAB, and/or Python
  • Development of real-time systems and embedded systems
  • Software development in C# .NET at a more overarching and architectural level
  • Troubleshooting, testing, and verification of software solutions
  • Collaboration in cross-functional teams within mechanics, electronics, and systems

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, Technical Physics, Control Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in programming in one or more of the following languages: C/C++, MATLAB, Python, C# .NET
  • Experience with real-time operating systems and embedded systems is highly desirable
  • Good problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Enjoy working both independently and in teams
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written (Swedish is a plus)
