We are looking for personal assistants for a man living in the Linköping municipality.

The client is looking for someone who is a cheerful and positive person. You should be responsible and committed. It is an advantage if you have previously worked as a personal assistant and are well acquainted with the importance of having a respectful approach and demeanor.

The client has a brain injury from a previous accident.

He has difficulty planning - which requires you as an assistant to be able to communicate one thing at a time and to remain calm.

He has been granted assistance around the clock with a waking night. The day is divided into two shifts.

Your tasks: As a personal assistant, you should always be close to the client to provide support in all of the client's daily activities. This may involve support and assistance with hygiene, help during meal situations, certain household chores, training, and leisure activities.

He lives with his wife - who is also a representative. She also helps to convey or assess what her husband needs support with.

It is a requirement that you have some form of experience with type 1 diabetes. This can be either work-related experience or personal experience.

Diabetes is affected by several factors such as sleep, diet, exercise, etc.

- Since he cannot communicate when his blood sugar is going up or down, it is incredibly important that you as an assistant take responsibility throughout your shift - and when handing over to or from a colleague, communicate how the shift has been regarding sleep, diet, exercise, or other matters.

If you are considered for employment, you will need to present a criminal record extract.

Scope: We are looking for staff for 2 positions with a scope of about 70-85% with the possibility of extra work.
