A good personal chemistry between the assistant and the customer is crucial for enjoying the role of a personal assistant. Each customer is unique, and their individual needs determine what you will do.

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant to our male customer with ALS.

We are seeking substitutes who can work during the absence of regular assistants.

Profile of the applicant

• Experience in care and assistance
• Being positive and cheerful is a good start.
• Proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• Personal chemistry is essential
• You must be smoke-free
• Experience with individuals using machines such as respirators, inhalers, etc., is an advantage.

Working hours:

• Day: 9 AM - 5 PM or 8 AM - 4 PM
• Evening: 5 PM - 11 PM or 4 PM - 10 PM

Job responsibilities:

• The customer has full care needs
• Communicates via eye computer.
• You should be attentive and able to collaborate as there is a lot of double staffing plus relatives to consider.

Other:

• You need to have Bank ID/mobile Bank ID to view the schedule and sign your time report at the end of the month.
• Pay slips will be sent to Kivra.
• Selection is ongoing, so apply in good time.

Salary and agreement:

Inspirera Assistans applies individual salary setting, and you as an assistant receive a fixed base salary per hour + vacation pay, as well as additional compensation for evenings, weekends, and nights. We have a collective agreement with Kommunal/Vårdföretagarna branch G.

You will receive the training/introduction relevant to the cases.
