About the Role and Your Responsibilities

The operations at Hedda Anderssongymnasiet are organized into pedagogical process teams around a number of classes in a program.

Each team has a pedagogical process leader who leads the team's work in daily operations. As a process leader, you will have great opportunities to influence the school-wide development work as you sit on the school's pedagogical leadership group. You will work in close collaboration with the school's management and administration but will not have personnel responsibility.

For the upcoming autumn, another process leader is being recruited for a team in the Economics program. As a process leader, you will lead the process team's joint work for 20% of your time and teach for 80%.

As a pedagogical process leader, you are expected to:

• lead the team's daily work
• organize and lead interdisciplinary projects related to current challenges in the world in collaboration with external actors
• participate in the school's joint development work

We are looking for you

We are looking for a licensed, skilled upper secondary school teacher with an interest in school development and experience in interdisciplinary working methods.

You are enthusiastic, collaborative, and create a positive atmosphere in the groups you are involved in. You spread joy at work and contribute to solutions.

Experience in project management and subject-integrated work is valued. If you have experience in a changing organization, that is also a merit. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

About the Workplace

Hedda Anderssongymnasiet is Lund Municipality's newest upper secondary school focused on creativity, initiative, and entrepreneurship. Together, we take the first steps towards creating a better future for all of us. Hedda started in 2018 and offers programs in economics, technology, social sciences, and natural sciences. During the academic year 23/24, Hedda Anderssongymnasiet moved into the newly built school building on Svanevägen/Möllegatan, where we share premises with Svaneskolan. Currently, about 1300 upper secondary students attend the school. There is a total capacity for about 1650 upper secondary students and 350 primary school students in the school building.

The Education Administration is responsible for upper secondary school, adapted upper secondary school, adult education, international primary school, and mother tongue activities, and has over 1,200 employees.
