JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

With us at Adult Education, no two days are alike. You will primarily work with standard tasks within the field of Study and Career Guidance. This includes guidance conversations and administrative tasks, and you will work in several administrative systems and learning platforms. The majority of our students study remotely. The Guidance Center is available for all adult residents in our municipality seeking guidance on eligibility and further studies.

QUALIFICATIONS

You should be a qualified Study and Career Counselor, preferably with a few years of experience. Experience from Adult Education is considered an asset. A high degree of flexibility is required, as we are a small unit working with a target group that has different conditions and individual setups as a result. You need to be solution-focused and able to handle a variety of cases.
