We are now looking for housing support workers to join our team at Eneby service housing. We offer training and a developing job where you can make a difference! The position is a part-time employment.

About the role As a housing support worker, you will base your work on the individual needs and wishes of the care recipients, providing support in daily life from a pedagogical approach. Together with other staff members, you will work towards making each day meaningful and enriching. You will support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the job is to stimulate and motivate the residents to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evenings, weekends, and on-call at night.

About Eneby service housing Eneby is a service housing according to LSS aimed at individuals with a diagnosis within the autism spectrum or intellectual disabilities.

The apartments, 9 in total, consist of two rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The apartments range from 55-71 square meters and are bright and fresh. The facility includes common areas for residents. We also offer celebrations of holidays in the common area together with staff and other residents for those who wish, which is a very popular feature.

Eneby service housing is located in the quiet Eneby center in northern Norrköping. Here you will find a grocery store, pharmacy, bakery, and pizzeria. 100 meters from the residence, there is a tram to Norrköping city center with all the offerings that a big city can provide.

Your experience and knowledge You who are applying have a high school education in health and care or equivalent education. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, good computer skills, and experience in documentation. It is an advantage if you have experience working with the target group. Otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and opportunities to grow. A driver's license is required.

You have a positive outlook, a strong commitment to people, and are responsible. You enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues, always keeping our users' best interests in mind in everything you do.
