About the role as Measurement Engineer
We are now looking for you who want to work as a Measurement Engineer in our measurement technology team. The team belongs to the Customer & Market function and works with handling various issues related to Ellevio's electricity meters, where each customer's meter measures consumption that forms the basis for billing. In this department, your primary tasks will be:
Responsibilities
- Handle reporting from field technicians when work assignments have not been carried out as planned.
- Monitor and manage incoming cases in the shared inbox, both internal and external.
- Register and update data in the work order system and Excel.
- Order fieldwork and follow up on contractors' performance.
- Collaborate internally and with contractors to solve technical problems and simpler cases.
Who are you?
- We are looking for someone studying as a bachelor's or master's engineer in energy, electrical power, electrical engineering, or equivalent.
- Good system and computer skills, especially in Excel.
- Fluent in Swedish with good knowledge of English.
- We consider it an advantage if you have experience in measurement technology, electricity metering, or work in work order systems. Alternatively, previous experience in administrative technical roles or coordination.
We are looking for someone who is driven, curious, and self-sufficient with strong problem-solving skills. You are socially adaptable, have an easy time collaborating, and enjoy handling many tasks simultaneously. The role requires you to take initiative, learn new systems quickly, and have a structured and meticulous work style. You are engaged, flexible, and like to contribute to both the team's and the customer's success.

The recruitment process
In this recruitment process, Ellevio collaborates with the staffing company Clevry. After you submit your application, we will review your profile. Qualified candidates for the role will receive an email stating that they have progressed in the process and will then undergo a cognitive test, to make the process as objective as possible. The application closes on February 22, after which phone interviews will begin. Later in the process, background checks will be applied, which means a registry check as well as a credit report and references.
