WSP Acoustics is growing. We are now looking for a recent graduate or someone with a few years of experience as an acoustician in Stockholm who wants to continue developing in their career.

WSP Acoustics is a national department, and we have about 40 employees who offer qualified consulting services in sound and vibrations and work closely together, helping each other and utilizing each other's competencies. We are one of Sweden's and the world's largest players in acoustics with about 250 acousticians globally. Our assignments cover all types of industrial, property, housing, infrastructure, and product development projects, and they span the entire chain from early feasibility studies, investigations to design and supervision with measurement, modeling, calculation, and analysis. We also work with risk analyses and air quality. Responsibilities The tasks with us are very varied and developing. As a leading acoustician, you will work with most aspects of sound and vibrations such as construction projects, noise investigations in detailed planning stages for example for the Transport Administration, municipalities, or other public clients, industrial noise mapping, and much more. We also hope that you will develop over time to become a project manager. With us, you will get to perform most of what is within our profession, for example:

-Measurements -Calculations -Reporting -Action proposals & troubleshooting -Analyses & consulting -Design Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a recent graduate or has a few years of experience in the consulting industry as an acoustician. Your educational background should be a master's degree or equivalent academic education, with a focus on sound and vibrations being an advantage.

As a person, you are reliable and take responsibility for your work. You find it important to share knowledge, and you enjoy working together with others both within the department and with people from other disciplines. You put the team before yourself and have an interest in acoustics as well as being part of a strong team. Traits that are valued include curiosity, commitment, responsiveness, and teamwork ability.

You also have good IT skills. Since the documents we deliver to our clients are often in Swedish, you also need to be able to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written. 

A driving license (B) is required.
