W5 Solutions is a Swedish technology company that develops and delivers high-quality systems and solutions to the defense and security sector. We are in an expansion phase and are now looking for a logistics employee for our operations in Solna.

About the role

As a logistics employee with us, you will have a central role in the daily logistics work. You will work closely with production, purchasing, and order management, ensuring that material and goods flows function efficiently and correctly.

Responsibilities

• Receive, register, and inventory incoming materials
• Pick, pack, and prepare deliveries
• Handle deliveries to customers
• Work with freight bookings and transport solutions
• Establish and manage customs documentation and export papers
• Work in business systems and ensure accurate inventory status
• Participate in inventories and improvement work within the logistics flow

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/logistics work
• Good computer skills
• Ability to work in a structured, accurate, and independent manner
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious

• Experience in logistics work within electronics, technology, or industrial companies
• Experience with deliveries, exports, and international transport
• Knowledge of customs documentation and export clearance
• Experience with the business system Monitor
