ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Project Assistant, you will be an important administrative support for the client's project managers, relieving them and contributing to efficient project execution. You will work closely with the team on various tasks, from administration to simpler technical analyses, and have the opportunity to grow into the role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

This role aims to relieve existing project managers by providing administrative and technical support in various project phases. You will work with documentation, follow-up, and simpler analyses to ensure smooth project flows and contribute to successful deliveries.

Administer meeting minutes for planning and project meetings.
Administer project documents and update internal systems.
Support project managers with various administrative tasks.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Is studying a relevant post-secondary education, preferably a Master's in Energy Engineering.
Has good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
Has basic knowledge of energy.
Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Has the ability to work in a structured, meticulous, and organized manner.
Has good collaboration and communication skills.

It is an advantage if you have:

Experience in project management, preferably from student projects.
