Trainer and Support Staff for El-Kretsen

ABOUT THE POSITION

El-Kretsen is Sweden's largest producer responsibility organization for electrical equipment and batteries with a nationwide collection and recycling system. The company is a non-profit service company that helps producers fulfill their producer responsibility according to Swedish legislation and EU directives by enabling sustainable and environmentally friendly management of residents' electronic waste and batteries. El-Kretsen collaborates with municipalities, transporters, and recycling actors across the country and offers services for collection, transport, recycling, and reporting of hazardous waste. In this role, you will train, support, and advise customers, consumers, municipalities, and suppliers. You will handle incoming cases and provide relevant information and administration, or escalate it within the organization. You will provide advice and guidance through various channels, such as phone, email, and meetings. You will also have good opportunities to drive development and improvement efforts for the team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

  • Train and support customers and partners regarding El-Kretsen's systems and products.
  • Provide stakeholders with accurate and useful information.
  • Collect and process relevant information and drive small-scale projects.
  • Plan and conduct training for smaller groups.
  • Travel to stakeholders as needed to provide support and conduct training.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has fluent knowledge of Swedish.
  • Has good knowledge of English.
  • Holds a B driver's license.
  • Has good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Is willing to travel for work.

It is a merit if you have:

  • Experience working in case management systems.
  • Previously worked in advisory roles or customer service.
  • Experience being responsible for customers.
