We are now looking for a Junior Network Technician for a consulting assignment with a client that has high technical competence where you will be part of an engaged team in an informal environment where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and joy at work are highly valued.

In this role, you will work closely with experienced colleagues and other teams to ensure stable and well-functioning network services for the company's customers. The role has a clear focus on support, operations, and case management.

Examples of tasks:

• Case management and support for network-related issues

• Troubleshooting network services in dialogue with customers

• Configuration of customer-placed network equipment

• Working with network equipment in the existing internal infrastructure

• Participation in migration and changes of network services

• Collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal teams

The role is both technical and social and is suitable for you who thrive in a support role with many contact points. You are communicative, solution-oriented, and motivated by helping customers while developing your technical skills in networking.

For this role, we see that you have:

• A college or university degree in networking, or equivalent relevant work experience in IT or telecommunications, which you clearly motivate in your application

• Work experience in a relevant field

• A strong drive to work with continuous improvements

• A burning interest in IT and networking technology

• The ability to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing
