Sales-oriented Customer Service Representative Wanted – for those who enjoy responsibility, pace, and results!

We are looking for someone who has worked (or is currently working) in a sales-oriented customer service role and truly understands what the position entails. You thrive on managing multiple cases simultaneously, asking the right questions to our customers, and converting dialogue into business – without compromising customer benefit and trust.

This is not a role for those who need micromanagement or cannot make decisions independently. It is a role for those who take ownership, drive their own results, and want to influence their own development, performance, and salary. (There is no salary cap).

About the Role

You will work with incoming and outgoing customer dialogues where the focus is:

• Sales and upselling
• Consultation based on customer needs
• Follow-up on deals and inquiries
• Goal-oriented work towards clear KPIs
• Traditional customer service issues (Pin/Puk/data is out!).

You are responsible for structuring your workday and ensuring that your goals are met.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has documented experience in a sales-oriented customer service role
• Is self-driven and accustomed to taking responsibility
• Is goal-focused and motivated by results
• Is comfortable asking needs-based questions
• Has good computer skills and can handle multiple systems simultaneously
