Experienced Banking Professionals Wanted!

Have you previously worked in banking? We are now looking for experienced banking professionals who are eager to jump in when needed the most! As an advisor or customer service representative, you will meet customers, build long-term relationships, and contribute to sustainable finance.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The roles pertain to future assignments at Sparbankerna's offices in Örkelljunga, Perstorp, Vinslöv, Farhult, Lindåkra, Röke, Ekeby, Bromölla, and Skurup. We are looking for individuals with solid previous banking experience who are willing to step in temporarily. The positions may vary in duration and scope.

As a corporate advisor, you will work with small and medium-sized business clients, responsible for risk, profitability, and new business, and network with specialists and other savings banks.
As a personal advisor, you will manage your own client base, conduct structured client meetings, provide financial advice, and guide customers in the bank's digital channels.
As a customer service representative, you are the bank's face to the public, receiving and assisting customers at the office, via phone, email, and digital channels, while supporting with product knowledge, cash handling, and estate management.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Is fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English and has good communication and service skills. All roles require experience in banking and advisory services.

Corporate Advisor:

At least 3 years of experience in banking and corporate advisory
Good knowledge of credit management and risk assessment
Swedsec license for advisory
Very good computer skills and basic knowledge of business economics
Strong business acumen and good communication skills

It is an advantage if you have previous experience from Sparbank or Swedbank, as well as experience in handling insolvency and bankruptcy.

Personal Advisor:

At least 2-3 years of experience in personal customer advisory within banking
Swedsec license including mortgage loans
Good knowledge of credit management and risk assessment
Ability to create long-term customer relationships

It is an advantage if you have previous experience from Sparbank or Swedbank, expertise in insurance and securities, as well as an understanding of digital banking solutions.

Customer Service Representative:

Banking experience, preferably from Sparbank or Swedbank
Basic knowledge of credits and digital banking services
Very good knowledge of regulations, ID verification, and customer knowledge
Good communication and service skills

It is an advantage if you have experience in cash handling and estate management, the ability to direct customers to specialists and advisors, and an interest in working with digital channels and telephone banking.
