About the position

As an assistant location manager, you are a key person in the daily operations of our facility. You work closely with the location manager to ensure that the operations run smoothly, the staff is motivated, and the members have the best experience every time they walk through the door.

The position is 75% with varying working hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Assist the location manager in the daily operations of the facility, cleaning, member service, installations in our Milon training.

Be a role model for the team and contribute to a positive work environment

Actively work with the sales of our services and products (e.g., training cards, personal training, store)

Help with scheduling and staffing

Contribute to planning and executing activities and events

Keep track of the facility's condition and ensure a clean and pleasant environment

If necessary, lead group training or introductions

We are looking for someone who:

Is interested in fitness and has a genuine commitment to health

Has previous experience in service roles (preferably within the fitness industry)

Is a confident and responsible person with the ability to lead others

Enjoys working towards goals and likes to see results

Has an easy time communicating and creating contact with both members and colleagues

Likes structure, is solution-oriented, and dares to take initiative

Is flexible, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and is not afraid to pitch in where needed

Has a B driver's license (meritorious)
