About the role:

As an Innovation Leader, you will have the opportunity to work in one of the most dynamic and significant areas of the future. You will be part of the AI business area, closely collaborating with the Health and Mobility business areas, where you, together with engaged colleagues and under the leadership of the business area manager, drive innovative processes that create value. Here we design and lead innovative processes together with our owner, Region Skåne. We are looking for someone who wants and can drive innovation through experience in innovation methodology, modern technology, and business acumen. You will drive and participate in selling and delivering projects to Region Skåne, as well as provide advice and support to organizations.

We are looking for an innovation leader in AI with strong business and innovation management skills. You are an independent and proactive person who is comfortable in external contexts and used to engaging in dialogue with various types of stakeholders. You have a strong ability to build relationships and thrive with high external visibility, where collaboration and communication are central parts of the work. You work systematically even in complex environments and are used to driving issues and projects all the way to completion. At the same time, you are curious and development-oriented, with confidence in testing new approaches when necessary.

Core competencies:

• University education in a relevant field, such as AI technology, sustainable development, computer science, innovation management, systems science, social sciences with a technical focus, economics with a focus on digitalization, or design and interaction.

• Experience in innovation and process management.

• Familiarity with driving and leading projects with multiple stakeholders, clear structure, and delivery focus.

• Strong business acumen and ability to identify needs and formulate value as well as sell initiatives.

• Good ability to switch between strategic and operational work.

• Relevant knowledge of AI and experience working with AI projects in practice.

• Very good communication and collaboration skills.

Desirable:

• Experience in healthcare and its organizational and structural challenges.

• Experience in collaboration between regions, municipalities, and businesses.

• Experience in strategic work and policy-related issues.

• Experience in design thinking, workshop facilitation, and co-creation processes.

• Experience in applying and implementing AI solutions.
  Consulting experience.
