About the role
As a Project Salesperson, you will be responsible for developing and driving sales towards customers in southern Sweden, where public libraries, school libraries, and other libraries within the education sector are your primary end customers.
The sales process is project-based and takes place over a longer period, where relationship-building work and early presence in customers' decision-making processes are crucial. You will work closely with several stakeholders simultaneously and drive business in collaboration with:
- End customers
- Established resellers
- Architects and other advisors connected to the projects
You will enter the process early, work consultatively, and actively contribute to influencing the choice of solutions and direction. You step into a role with an established customer base and strong knowledge of Lammhults Biblioteksdesign. The assignment is about developing these relationships into new projects through active and long-term business development. The role involves:
- Seeking new customers and projects
- Creating and maintaining long-term relationships
- Driving sales processes from initial dialogue to completed project
You will be part of a small and experienced team in Sweden, with strong support from back-office and close collaboration with the Nordic organization. The role is independent with great freedom under your own responsibility. You are given a clear mandate to plan and prioritize your work, with travel related to customer meetings as a natural part of your everyday life.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has several years of documented experience in successful proactive and relationship-building B2B sales
- Has experience in long-term sales processes in project form with many decision-makers
- Works in a structured, independent manner and takes responsibility for driving projects forward
- Has the ability to influence customers in the right direction – without compromising the relationship
- Communicates fluently in English, both spoken and written
- Is digitally mature and comfortable working in CRM systems
- Has a valid driver's license (B)
In addition, you have an interest in culture and keep up with what is happening politically and in society. You work independently and thrive in a changing everyday life characterized by high activity. As a person, you are honest, genuine, and trustworthy, with a down-to-earth and pleasant way of communicating. You are skilled at building trust with customers, architects, and colleagues.
Experience from the furniture, interior design, or related industries is advantageous, but most important is your business acumen, commitment, and ability to build long-term relationships.
You are offered an independent and responsible role in a specialized organization with strong expertise and an offering that makes a real difference in cultural and educational environments. Here you have the opportunity to influence both your own everyday life and the development of future library environments.
