One of our experienced employees is retiring, and we at Mron are therefore looking for a customer-focused field salesperson with extended responsibilities who wants to take over a well-established district in Skåne, including Malmö. You will inherit an existing customer base with established relationships, while there are also good opportunities to further develop the district and create continued growth.

About the role

As a customer-focused field salesperson at Mron, you will be responsible for sales and customer relationships within your district. The role is independent and business-driven, with significant personal responsibility for planning, executing, and following up on sales activities.

In addition to traditional sales work, the position includes extended responsibilities where you are expected to contribute to quality, structure, and a professional approach within the sales team.

Your tasks include, among other things:

  • Active customer engagement and development of long-term customer relationships
  • Planning and execution of customer visits and sales activities
  • Product presentations, training, consulting, and follow-up
  • Reporting and working towards set budgets
  • Participation in joint sales activities and development initiatives

You will receive thorough onboarding and sales training to ensure the best possible start in the role.

Extended responsibilities & collaboration

The position differs from a traditional field sales role in that it, in addition to your own sales work, may involve extended responsibilities for collaboration and development within the sales organization.

Within the framework of the role, it may occur, when the needs and conditions of the business allow and after the employer's assessment, that you:

  • Carpool with other salespeople during introductions or joint customer activities
  • Participate in sales coaching and skills development, both as a recipient and through experience exchange in the field

These activities are performed as needed and according to the employer's instructions and planning and do not constitute a fixed, regular, or guaranteed part of the position.

However, the employer wishes to have the opportunity to plan such activities for up to a few days per month, depending on the conditions and needs of the business.

The role does not involve personnel responsibility but requires professionalism, good judgment, and that you act as a role model in interactions with both customers and colleagues.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is confident in their sales role and has experience in customer engagement and direct sales. Experience in B2B sales is advantageous, as is experience from related industries such as industry, property, or vehicles. A B driver's license is a requirement for the position.

Other

The position is full-time permanent with a 6-month probation period.

District & placement: The district covers southern Skåne and surrounding areas, including Malmö. The work is based from your home, providing flexibility within the district.

Salary: Guaranteed salary + commission. Possibility of a company car/benefit car is available.
