Bilcentrumgruppen is looking for car salespeople for Skoda in Kristianstad.

We are expanding! We are now looking for a salesperson to join our sales team in Kristianstad!

We are on the lookout for a driven and engaged salesperson who shares our passion for providing our customers with the best possible service experience when choosing a new car. Skoda is a strong brand with significant growth and several new models being launched throughout the year.

Your responsibilities

As a salesperson with us, you will become an important part of our team where each employee's contribution plays a significant role in creating a welcoming and safe environment for our customers. Your primary focus will be to sell cars and be a knowledgeable advisor for our customers in their car buying process. We also expect you to proactively use our CRM systems to contact both our existing and new customers. You should have a good ability to plan your day and work towards set goals, and it should come naturally for you to contact customers via phone calls.

Is this you?

You are a person who naturally appreciates and values good relationships and has a strong social ability. You thrive in team collaboration and are motivated by achieving set goals together. A well-developed ability to listen and engage customers is crucial in your role. If you have experience in the automotive industry, we see it as a plus, but it is not a requirement for success with us.
