If you have a strong results focus, a passion for employee development, and want to influence by building and shaping your team, then this is the opportunity for you!

About the role:

As a unit manager at Kiwa, you are a key person with a primary focus on leading, and thanks to your natural leadership qualities, you become the core of your team to drive and develop the employees. At Kiwa, we have a collaboration that spans across different business areas, all working towards achieving the organization's goals and visions. The role also includes continuous work with our business and customer outreach where we want to see you create new paths and opportunities in the market through your business mindset. Of course, you will not do this alone, as you have experts in the field and Kiwa's sales team to assist you. Together, we create a comprehensive solution for the customer where we deliver with high quality.

Your location is Norrköping and your team consists of 17 employees. Your employees work with inspection and examination of lifting devices. You report directly to the regional manager. The position involves travel and overnight stays.

Do you have what it takes?

  • University education in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of documented leadership experience with personnel responsibility
  • Previous experience in the inspection industry or other equivalent industry experience, such as in elevators, lifts, cranes, industry, or construction machinery, etc.
  • Experience with budget work
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Driving license B

In addition to the above, we expect you to have experience working with improvement work and driving change processes within a larger organization.

We see that you have a good understanding of business development and resource planning to create quality and efficiency. As a person, you are analytical and structured and have the ability to plan and implement business strategies both in the short and long term.

To succeed as a unit manager at Kiwa, it is essential that you have a team-first attitude where the focus is on building relationships both internally and externally.

What can you expect from us in return?

Kiwa is today one of the most successful companies in inspection, testing, certification, and technical consulting, thanks to our employees who, through their commitment and knowledge, contribute to safety and sustainability for our customers and society. Therefore, Kiwa invests heavily in its employees and their development. Through your daily work, interesting projects, and training, you and your skills will constantly develop when you are part of Kiwa! With us, the team comes before the individual, and together we create a positive work environment where we are all part of a larger community, the Kiwa community!

  • Secure and stable employment - Kiwa has a collective agreement
  • Generous wellness allowance
  • Compensation for, among other things, medical care, vaccinations, and the opportunity for a thorough health analysis
  • A time bank so you can take time off when you want - not just when the calendar's red days occur
