Your Role

One of the most important tasks of the security department is to support the company's operations in achieving their goals and deliveries. To be able to do this, we are now looking for an engaged and communicative administrator who also wants to work with security-related issues.

In your role as a registrar, you will be the hub that connects the department with the operations, both internally and externally. This means that you will have multiple points of contact both nationally and internationally. Proficiency in English is a requirement, and travel may be required.

Your tasks will include:

• Administrative tasks in support systems
• Administrative tasks in our national and international projects
• Contract management, commercial and regulatory
• Driving the digitization of security-related support systems
• Registrar support for the operations

Your Profile

You are structured, service-oriented, communicative, have high integrity, and are not afraid to take on both larger complex tasks as well as simpler ones. You are unpretentious and work to improve both the department and the company's daily operations related to security and security protection work. You can work independently but enjoy working in teams with many people and can thus build a useful network within and outside the company. You have the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with administrative tools and have no problem training others on how they work. There are great opportunities to continue developing your role and tasks within the department or the company based on personal drive and interest.

We are particularly interested in you if you have the following qualities:

• Relevant post-secondary education and/or work experience for the position
• Basic computer skills and experience with document management systems

Preferred:

• Experience in processing and registration
• Experience with IFS and signal protection systems

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may entail requirements for certain citizenship.
